Rod,
They must have misprinted the price. The HR 500 was shown at Seybold, I
think the correct price is around $45,000.

Subject: New Kodak Scanner
Peeps
I note in today's BJP an article on a new Kodak film scanner, capable of all
film formats from 35mm to 6x9. Named the HR500, Kodak claim that it is
capable of generating file sizes up to 128Mb (big), and can scan up to 500
images per hour.
Price is 899GBP + tax, which is a good bit less then an LS-2000.
Etc etc, and the machine is _not_ Mac-compatible. Whatever can they mean by
that?
Rod
