There is a long list of mfrs of polysiloxane defoamers (plus others) at:

The polysiloxanes (and most variants) are inert in most photographic 
solutions. If you have a real need, the big chemical companies represented 
would probably send you a few ml sample rather than try to sell a small 
quantity.
