You might try Location Lighting Limited, a Philadelphia-area Grip and
Lighting house (215-233-1866). They will have some porcelains, including
adapters to fit the mogul bases of some bigger lamps, and may have (or know
where to find) what you're looking for.

There are probably more Grip houses in Philly area, but curiously the
online area film resource directory is by subscription only. Perhaps
they're turning work away - in Colorado we take all we can get, and make
the directory EASILY accessible!
