this is true... and I would guess that there are other cultures/countries
where their work has been viewed without such vilification.... and of course
there are some where it wouldn't be shown at all. I find it sad that there
are parts of this country where people are doing beautiful work and unable to
exhibit it locally because the human form is considered inappropriate public
fare. I wonder if some of these people who do not wish such work to be
exhibited are traumatized beyond salvation if they accidentally catch a
glimpse of themselve naked in the bathroom mirror.
