Jack,
I have my copy of Carroll's Lab Handbook (5th ed) and he provides a recipe
for "most" lith films. There is no statement as to whether it's successful
with a non agitation technique Kodak fine-line.
I have used Dektol 1:9 for with other lith films (as well as Tech Pan) with
similar results.
