I have, but I'm not sure if this is what you mean so here goes:  I soaked
the RC print in warm water, then peeled off the backing paper, which came
off easily and in one sheet, once you get a hold of a corner.  Then I
sandpapered the rest of the white paper backing off with fine sandpaper,
watching that I did not go through the emulsion.  Then I suppose you could
use archival glue (polyvinyl acetate? PVA) or acrylic medium to get it to
adhere to watercolor paper.
     But I think you are meaning something different, maybe something like a
Polaroid emulsion lift, and that would be some other process....
