Here is my comment. Forget it. Do not fall in love with it, it is old
film, and not worth the bother. Save it, display the roll, but do not
expect to get great results from it. Why cut the film, mount it in your
camera, anti-fog it and then try to work out development. This is a waste
of time in my opinion. It is old film and that can't be changed.

It is old and you do not know what its condition is. If the band is
broken, it could be ruined, anyway. Lots of bad things can happen in all
these years.
