Re: Arches Platine
I have been trying to ID a paper today, then saw the postings. Is Arches
Platine a warm (sort of golden glow through the print) thicker paper with a
more textured surface (at least after making a print) than say something
like Plantinotype?
Sorry to waste people's time with an ID of something they can't see, but
even though I live in a big town, we have only one art supply store, and
they didn't have anything that looked like what I have. And, of course, I
do not remember (nor did I record) what it is or where I purchased it -
because at the time I probably thought I would never forget. Any help would
be appreciated because I want to print on it again.
