The archival mounting tissue I use is called HeatTac code #7834 from
Light Impressions.  I does require heat.  However, it does not require a
press.  Place the work/tissue/substrate on a clean mat, cover with a
smooth clean piece of paper, then use an iron on the cotton setting (do
not use steam).  Start at one edge and uniformily iron to the other. 
Remove work from paper and mat to cool.  Let mat cool and loose any
moisture before next mounting.

It is a good idea to purchase a separate iron from the one used for
laundry as the bottom of the iron will likely become abraded (after a
short time) from rubbing over the paper.
