I have not noticed a watermark but put the remaining sheets on the lightbox,
and saw neither watermarks nor patterns.  There is some "texture" to the
transmittance, however.
Since I am currently without a darkroom, I've not tried to print a negative
from the inkjet, but took a test print and oil'ed it, the olive oil was
handy.  The Epson 1270 ink seems to be unaffected by the oil, the paper
becomes quite transparent with some "grain" apparent under the loupe.
