While we're on the subject of overprinting van dykes...
Anyone experimented with gum on top of vdb? I did one print and it came out
a little murky. Looks like the gum changed the vdb's tone - lowering the
contrast and lightening it up. Not what I was going for...
I think it would be nice to make a print that combined the sharpness of
vdb's and the texture and tonal flexibility of gums. Any thoughts?
