Yes Judy, I have both seen and worked with museum glass. The glass has
coatings on both surfaces and when in the frame, most of the time, from most
angles, it looks as if there is absolutely nothing on the front of the
picture. It is truly amazing stuff, but before everyone runs out to buy
some it is very, very expensive. I would say that it is easily four times
the price of UV coated glass.
