That's the selling price, the down payment can be as little as 10%, or
$30,000.
As for where the poor people go -- they double up, they go further out,
they live in their cars. They are royally screwed and housing isn't all
of it. Did you read Barbara Ehrenreich (I think it was hers) new book on
working for minimum wage?
The next topic is why rich men oppose abortion. Answer: they made their
fortunes with cheap labor.... But don't get me started.
