Lowering the level of debris post-mailing by one layer, I uncovered Dan
Burkholder's Digital Neg book & saw that the cover price is $34.95, so 40%
discount to reseller would be $14.
There is also this blurb on back cover:
"After reading 'Making Digital Negatives for Contact Printing,' my
hemorroids* shrunk almost magically." Boswell Spavens.
* he means hemorrhoids.
