To the best of my recollection, jewellia did not post to this list after a
rather dramatic announcement of her demise. This was the discarding of a
persona, occasioned by a sex change operation... but some folks took it
literally. Either way s/he was missed on the list -- having been colorful
and smart, and knowing a helluva lot. Folks still ask for her. When were
these fake jewellia's supposedly sent?
But even if such "impersonation" actually did occur, why did it have to be
Callie? "Callie" has not so far as we know impersonated other people, has
s/he? And suddenly "Callie" is the only trickster on the internet? Not
last I heard.
