Here are a couple of other easy and free (pay if you like it) PDF
creation tools.

For Mac: http://www.jwwalker.com/pages/pdf.html

"PrintToPDF is a shareware Macintosh printer driver that creates PDF
files. Unlike PDFWriter, you do not need to have the full Adobe Acrobat
package installed for PrintToPDF to work. You can create PDF bookmarks to
your section and subsection headings, and URLs will become hot links.
PrintToPDF is not as powerful as the full Acrobat package, but it creates
simple PDFs for the price of shareware."

For PC users there are a couple of links to free PDF creation tools on
that same site listed above, including Ghostscript that was mentioned by
other contributors.
