Kees, Gord and all,

Well, this is like dejavu dejavu. I have just begun to test Pictorico on an
1160 with MIS Full Spectrum Quadtone inks. It appears to be a NO GO and I
have a call into Pictorico tech support. The ink appears to dry ok,
however, it just sits on the film and if you barely touch it, the image gets
scratched. I have the Piezography system and I have given up on the
associated inks. I believe both inks are pigment based - I'm guessing, but
apparently dye based will sink in, but the pigments sit on the surface.
More to follow on this one.

I have been recieving the Epson list post for a couple of months now and
people rave about the large sizes and quality of the images produced by the
5000 through 9500 model Epson printers. I think you could pass a billboard
through one of these models.

Also, I just emailed Dan B and he's on vacation.

Nick
