Solution A: 10 ml gum arabic in 50 ml water
Solution B: 25 g ferric ammonium citrate in 50 ml water
Solution C: 25 g ferric chloride in 50 ml water

Pizzighelli and Itterheim formula
Solution A: 20 ml gum arabic in 100 ml water
Solution B: 50 g ferric ammonium citrate in 100 ml water
Solution C: 50 g ferric chloride in 100 ml water
Mix A, B, C in proportion 20 : 8 : 5
You can see these are the same proportions in both formulas.
