With regard to invisible wave length light, you will cut off
additional useful light if you use a colored filter.....I believe
this really analytical physics you talking about. :-)
You would need something like an electromagnetic shunt to remove
light which is basically energy vs light that is physically measureable/much
less invisible by conventional means.
