First let your paper soak in warm (100ºF) water.
Place on glass and squeegee lightly.
Tape edges to glass (of course, glass and paper ought to be near dry)
Allow to dry.
then coat twice w/cyano chemistry.

OR

Allow paper to soak.
Blot.
Let dry.
Flatten in dry mount press.
Coat
