The first thing to reduce dust that I am tempted to recommend is a "ground"
wire from your enlarger, the second would be to increase the darkroom
humidity... if possible.
One of anti-static brushes, I believe, contains a strip of radio active
polonium at the base of the bristles(I can't remember the half life) but
for what it is worth, while were readily available in the US, they are
"illegal" in Canada. While I have used them in the past I found I got
better dust protection with the means noted above.
