Having made powered ferric oxalate commercially for nearly a quarter of a
century I think I can say without qualification that unless the UPS truck
catches fire, any heat encountered during shipping will not hurt the ferric
oxalate to any degree that will affect its printing qualities.

Neither will boiling it do any perceptible damage.

These appear to be myths perpetuated in the classical and modern literature.

We've shipped to both Saudi Arabia and the Antarctica without incident.

We even sold some to JPL and the UCLA Dental School on their invoices???

Sold some palladium black powder for a satellite probe at JPL once too.
