For what it is worth.
The quote about Wagner's music is attributed to Mark Twain: "Wagner's music
is better than it sounds." I haven't dug deep enough to tell where or when
he said that.
The locked room with the art work (La chambre d'art imaginaire) as described
does not meet the requirements to be an example of a Schroedinger's Cat
experiment. Check the Internet. There is sufficient explanation there for
this purpose.
As far as discussions of what is "good" ________ is concerned (You can fill
in the blank to suit yourselves) there is a Latin proverb that covers the
ground as well as anything can.
De gustibus non disputandum
There is some good mathematics here to reinforce the proverb but that
discussion should be off list.
