Hi Clay,
Unfortunately your acrylic medium was way too concentrated. It seems
like most of the sources suggest 1:4 but I find it works better
significantly more dilute than that.
As for removing it-- that's iffy. I found when painting in acrylic that
isopropyl alcohol would soften acrylic and allow some of it to be
lifted, but to take it all off I think you'd have to soak the whole
print in the alcohol for quite a while. Good luck,
