David's elegant apology makes me feel I should say something nice, too.
How about, "I promise never to use the word 'lurker' as an epithet again"?
OK, so insert "try" in there somewhere -- but as he suggests, they may
be our future. Meanwhile, sorry to have taken so long about it... I've
been wading in analog, um ... currents.
