DEAR LIST,
When working with expensive stuff, especially if it is "clingy" or
hydrophilic I use the classic "watch glass" which can be purchased from
chemistry supply houses or even bought from your local watch repair shop in
a pinch. They come from very small diameters (and thin glass) to the size
of small soup bowls. Get the glass type as some chemicals don't like
plastic...or like it too much! Do the standard tare procedure and, if some
does cling, you won't mind dipping it right into the solution to wash away
the remainder. Give it a good rinse, dry it and measure the next. Ah,
glass!
                    CHEERS!
