It is called `Weldmesh' over here.

What I'd recomend instead, is to get a case for your stuff that fits
into a vehicle. Cut a slot in the case and the floor of the vehicle,
then fit a T section so it goes through the floor and into the case.
Drill the section so you can fit a padlock onto it, then padlock the
case.
