building a printing frame

Hello,

I need instructions to build an easy and simple and efficient printing
frame. Obviously I need high pressure evenly on all the neg surface,
starting from the center. I am searching a construction trick allowing
such even pressure. I don't care about the look it has neither want to
spend 2000 hours building it. My UV source is extended and even a heavy
thick glass sheet is not sufficient.
