Jeff,
Try www.collodion.org. This site run by Scully & Osterman who formerly
published the Collodion Journal. They sell a tutorial on the process and also
teach workshops. They are at the George Eastman House in rochester, NY. Also,
John Coffer in Dundee, NY is an expert. He publishes and sells a handwritten
Handbook which is excellent. He doesn't have electricity, so you have to
contact him via snail mail. His address is: John Coffer
                               1236 Dombrowski Rd.
                               Dundee, NY 14837-9443.
I think I paid $45.00 for the Handbook. Worth every cent! I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Charlie
