I certainly respect your position, although I disagree. Imacon wouldn't
have dropped their prices so precipitously if the market hadn't sent
them a wakeup call. I haven't seen scans from the 848, and I excluded it
from the discussion because it uses some technologies that actually
might improve upon a CCDs deficiencies.

Despite that, I would seriously like to know if you want to sell your
dust-collecting film scanners! My boss would most likely be interested
in either the Polaroid 120 or the Multi Pro, or both of those inferior
products if the price is right.

Please let me know off-list if you are interested in selling.
