Surely you can get all you need in Sweden! And I'm sure there are many gum printers working there. I think you can find lithographer's liquid gum arabic, ammonium or potassium dichromate, suitable pigments, some gelatin or other sizing agent, and good quality paper quite easily ...

Maybe you could try google search "gummitryck" or similar and see ....
