Even what appears to be a most easy alt-photo process might take a
lifetime to master. Each of the processes can demand a lot of time and
resources to control even though some can give satisfying results
quickly.

It may not be the wisest decision to summarily dismiss pursuit of a
process because of the lack of time to squeeze it into a particular
class or to get some kit to work.

Hopefully, you can find a process to complement your seeing and
photography and learn to do it well. This list is a good source of
people with experience in many different photographic processes. Do use
it for advice on any alt-photo process as this can help keep the
conversations (and editorials) more on topic.
