The key to success is to use only free-range, organically grown cattle. My
herd grazes on sagebrush, indian ricegrass, and prickly pear. (Yeah, it's
tough to be a cow in Wyoming).

Who is "Uncle Dick"? Sounds like a fella that I'd like to invite to the
Cactus Saloon for a shots of tequila and storytelling.
