I had a similar measled appearance w/a foam brush
application of cyanotype sol. recently on platine so I
went back to tube coating which worked.
Since hair dryers were not recommended for cyanos, I
didn't try that and a lot more solution was used to do
the foam brush coating so the wettnes issue could have
been the culprit as suggested.
