If the black guy /taxi picture had been used inside, as editorial, it would
have been OK, whether the subject liked it or not. That it was used on the
cover (and I remember it was a very good photo of a very well-dressed and
handsome guy) made it an "advertisment" for the magazine, which is why he
collected $$$ in court. Arthur
