I thought the same thing as Judy when I read the column in the Times. What
indiots the rule makers are. If I want to photo somthing I will not use a
8x10. There many ways to photograph some I have used I could fill this page
listing them no one would know. This day of high tec makes it even easier.

On people in the photo. Back in 1968 I did a big job for the NY Times.
Huge poster's called Good Morning New York they were on the Times trucks and
subway stations.
Some for example were a owner of a fish store holding a huge fish in his
store. The Times would give them a few bucks and copis of the poste rand
they were happy.
They used one fom my stock a photo of a chaffier driven rr limeo.
The owener called the times and demaned a fee for his chaffier the sent him
a ck.
There is a reception for the Sprit of New York show at the Leica Gallery
today 6 to 8 eny one around stop buy and say Hi.
