Write this down: you don't "Open" curves; you "Load" them from within the
Curves dialog box in Photoshop. The nerdy ".acv" extension is there
because Windows machines aren't smart enough to know what they are
without it. Just do the following in Photoshop:
Image>Adjustments>Curves>Load>navigate to the desired curve and click
"Load"

Variables, they are the culprit. Don't blame the Pictorico. I haven't
found a better ink-holding transparency film yet. ;^)
