well, the judge didn't skirt the issue... maybe he considered the breeze an
"act of God". hehehehe

Actually we had a case here in Elgin, IL where a guy went up to a woman and
asked to take her picture... she was sort of flustered by the whole thing and
while she was frozen in a state of fluster, the guy shoved the camera under
her skirt and snapped away. He was arrested. Some friends saw the article
in the local newspaper and called me and asked me when I had gotten out of
jail. I guess they don't know many photographers.

This reminds me of when my daughter went to camp. The guys would grab the
girls' cameras and shove them down their own swim suits/shorts snap a shot
and hand them back. I wonder what the parents thought when they got the
prints back? Underdeveloped?
