help wanted on operating an old Mentor Reflex camera.

Hello everybody,
I bought an old camera: a Mentor Reflex build by Goltz & Breutmann
(Germany).
It has a image/negative size of 8.5 x 8.5 cm.
This is not my website, but is has a picture that looks (almost) like my
camera:

Can anyone help me with this camera? How does it work?

It has a dial to set shutter speed or the wideness of the openig in the
shuttercloth.
But I don't know how to put it on an other setting.
