Galina's problem is the tax barrier around Norway. Non European Union ..
I sometime planned ordering some chemicals from Norway but it turned out that
I could get my stuff cheaper via express airmail from USA. Only problem was
that those chemicals required special licences which I didin't have. So I
dropped that plan.
Living within European Union reveals possibility to place orders almost
anything and anywhere to Europe and have goods shipped via normal post. And
having common currency helps paying a lot.
Chances to have my "special" orders opened by customs is close to zero, since
it's innermarket ;-) This is only advantage I've found from EU so far.
BTW: I can imagine customs officials open my packet and find white mysterious
powder... 8-o
