I guess there's always room for another source of gelatin. Here's the one I
use. They sell in as little as one pound quantities and they charge $7.00/lb
(unless you want Kosher that's a half a buck more.) Their web site has more
than you could possibly want to know about gelatin as well as any kind you
could possibly want. No doubt they have porcine for those who want to make
porkotypes.
