Uno also fails miserably out of the box for platinum, but works quite well
with oxalic acid pretreatment. Five minutes in a 1% bath seems to do the
trick.
If you don't mind printing on really thin paper, Bienfang Graphics Marker
360 gives incredible detail and a very long scale with platinum.
