Albumen question

Many grocery stores carry a product that is described as 100% liquid
egg white. Does anyone have experience using this product in place of
powder albumen or the original stuff made from eggs? No intention
here to make albumen prints but I use albumen for the preparation of
temporary supports used at one point in the carbon process and my
supply of powdered stuff just ran out and am wondering if the liquid
egg white would not work just as well.
