something that DIDN'T get mentioned at APIS. And change to a little ligher
subject as well.
If you get in a gum frenzy like I did last fall, and start mixing a lot of
gum with a little too much vigor, it is very easy to develop elbow
tendinitis from over-gripping the pestle. I got this, and let me tell you,
it is very painful. Mine is just now going away. So be careful! The irony
for me is that 25 years of pretty hard core rock climbing never gave me
tendinitis, but 1 week of intensive gum mixing, and it flared up. Go figure.
