Light sources differ. But given that negative density and your other
factors, I'd be using an exposure of about 5 minutes with my UV lights.
Very seldom do I ever need more than 8 minutes.

    Ed,

    Maybe you could post the paper, formula you use, working procedure
(sizing, coating etc), exposure details, etc. It doesn't look like this is
just exposure problem alone. Sorry if you have posted that before.
