Carl,

The big NuArc vacuum frame does not pivot. I have a smaller one
(23X29") that pivots from horizontal to vertical but I use this one
on the horizontal with a HID lamp.

BTW, I had been wondering what people do for dodging and burning when
using the frame and lights in the vertical orientation?
