Recently I have made a cyanotype, toned with tea (see:
http://www.jacquesverschuren.nl/handmadephotographicimages.htm ).
I also experimented with pure tannine, but, as stated before, it's expensive
and doesn't work as well as tea. Tea is simple but effective. Archival? Well
the image hasn't changed for the last 8 months.
