Cath, look in comp.periphs.scanners and contact Ed Hammrick about
using Vuescan. I'm sure it will support your Imacon. Who are the
agents for them? They should have fixed this well before now.

There is a lab over here that uses an Imicon, not sure of the model
and they seem to have no trouble.

Seems odd they recomended a 2930U. 2940s are far more common and
widley supported...
