Sodium Chloropalladite

Hello All,

Does anyone on this list know if it is reasonably easy to use palladium
chloride to make a 20% solution of sodium chloropalladite? If so,
detailed instructions on how to do so would be greatly appreciated. I
have some palladium chloride that I would like to use to tone some
Centennial POP paper prints.
