Obernetter (Ferrocupric, or cuprotype) process

Does anyone have any experience (or references) on Obernetter's Ferrocupric
(cuprotype) process? I had a student try it according to the "recipe" in
Arnow's book, but the image washed off the paper in the developer. There
were several things in the published formula that were ambiguous, and
probably erroneous.

Any help would be appreciated.
